I started out as a blogger with a dream. If one or two people followed me, and they liked it, then maybe their followers would follow me, and they would like it too. Then eventually I would have enough followers to inflate my sense of self importance.
But then I realized my sense of self importance was always inflated… from the very… first… follower.
